The Pas Valleys
The Pas valleys, led by the vigorous Pas River, is the perfect area to get lost and immerse yourself in a mixture of mountains, meadows and culture. The valley is surrounded by Asón, Besaya and Campoo and has historically been dedicated to cattle transhumance. As one of the entry points to Cantabria on foot from the South, the Pasiegos make up a welcoming town, with a rich gastronomy and affordable routes bathed by rivers and streams.
