Saja and Besaya Valley
The Saja y Besaya Natural Park is located between the Saja and Besaya rivers and extends to the north until it meets the coast in the town of Suances. Famous for being one of the largest masses of continuous forest in the entire mountain range. In this case, with a much smoother relief than its brother Picos de Europa has and at the same time much greener and with one of the most active deer populations in the community. Saja and Besaya is a paradise for hiking and culture lovers. In addition, it has one of the best preserved Roman roads that cross the autonomy.
